Using Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only.

You must not:

Use the website fraudulently or unlawfully

Attempt to interfere with the website or its security

Introduce malicious software

Attempt to access restricted areas of the website

Use automated systems to abuse or disrupt the website

Copy or misuse website content in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of others

We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe the website is being misused.

Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product titles, descriptions, images, prices and availability information.

However, minor differences may occur between promotional images and final retail packaging, particularly for pre-order products.

Colours may also appear slightly different depending on screen settings and photography.

For unique products, trading cards and collectibles, customers should review all available images and condition information before purchasing.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Adding an item to your basket does not guarantee that it will remain available until checkout is completed.

Where stock becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund for the affected item.

Prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated.

The price payable is the price shown at checkout at the time the order is placed.

We may change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Obvious pricing errors may be corrected. If an error affects an order already placed, we may contact you before fulfilment.

Payment

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Payment may be processed by Shopify or another authorised payment provider.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where payment cannot be authorised or where we reasonably suspect fraud.

Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you may receive an automated confirmation email.

This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

A contract for the sale of goods is formed when we accept and process your order for fulfilment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a reasonable basis to do so, including:

Stock errors

Pricing errors

Payment problems

Suspected fraud

Incorrect delivery information

Supplier allocation issues

Restrictions affecting the sale or delivery of a product

Where an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, an appropriate refund will be issued.

Pre-Orders

Selected products may be offered for sale before their official release date.

Payment is normally taken when the pre-order is placed.

Any release or dispatch date shown is based on the latest information available to us and may change.

Manufacturers, distributors or suppliers may delay, reduce or cancel allocations.

If we cannot fulfil a pre-order, we will refund the affected item.

For further details, please see our Pre-Order Information page.

Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery options, charges and estimated times will be shown at checkout where applicable.

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders promptly, but delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will assist customers where a delivery issue arises.

Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for further information.

Risk and Ownership

Responsibility for the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person you nominate to receive them.

Ownership passes once we have received full payment for the goods.

Returns and Refunds

Your rights to cancel, return or request a refund are explained in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Trading Cards and Collectibles

Collectible condition can be subjective.

Where a condition such as Near Mint, Mint or similar is stated, this reflects our reasonable assessment of the item.

Customers should review all available photographs and descriptions before purchase.

Grading outcomes from third-party grading companies are outside our control and we do not guarantee that an ungraded card will receive any particular grade.

Sealed Products

Factory-sealed collectibles may show minor manufacturing or storage imperfections such as small marks, scuffs or light wear to outer packaging.

Where condition is particularly important, please review the listing images and description carefully before ordering.

Opening sealed products may affect their resale value and may affect the amount of any refund where permitted by law.

Valuations and Buying Collections

Any valuation or purchase offer made by Vault Trading is non-binding unless expressly confirmed.

We may request additional photographs or information before making an offer.

We are not required to purchase any item submitted for valuation.

Customers remain responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right to sell any items offered to us.

Please do not send goods to us unless a purchase has been agreed and return or delivery instructions have been provided.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional codes may be subject to separate conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:

Codes cannot be exchanged for cash

Codes may be limited to one use per order or customer

Codes may exclude certain products

Codes may be withdrawn or changed at any time before use

Discount codes may not be combined

Intellectual Property

All website content created by or for Vault Trading, including branding, written content, layout and original graphics, is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Third-party trademarks, logos, product names and images remain the property of their respective owners.

Use of third-party brand names on this website is for the purpose of identifying genuine products offered for sale and does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vault Trading is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from:

Misuse of a product

Failure to follow manufacturer instructions

Changes in collectible or resale value

Third-party grading decisions

Delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Website Availability

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free from errors.

We may suspend, withdraw or change parts of the website without notice where reasonably necessary.

Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use services provided by third parties.

We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of third-party websites.

Use of those services may be subject to separate terms and policies.

Our handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

Any updated version will be published on this page and will apply from the date shown.

Changes will not normally affect orders already placed before the updated terms took effect.
